Jim Taylor of BW recalls that the boat was scrapped at Northwich in the mid 1970's.
I have also been told that the boat was shortened to 30' and used by BW. The pictures below of a new boat of the same name may explain the origins of this latter story. Jim says that it was quite common for BW to use the same names on boats replaced in their fleet. However I have also seen a boat similar to the one below called Rudd (the original of which still exists) and one called Salmon (which never existed first time around!)
